If you’re looking for a show-stopper for your private event, choose to upgrade your Slow Cooked Lamb Wellington on our Feast Menu to our Beef Wellington.
Served family style, our signature Beef Wellington is made with 35 day dry-aged beef fillet, coated with a rich mushroom duxelles and wrapped in a herb pancake and butter puff pastry lattice.
